General terms and conditions

Arrival
The apartments are ready for you on the day of arrival from 15.00 o'clock, if the apartments should be ready before that, we will gladly make the apartment available to you earlier.

Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am. If you still want to use the day, please let us know, if possible you can deposit your luggage in the house.

Deposit / Billing / Reservation
The reservation is binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Parking spaces

In front of the house there are parking spaces, which can be used free of charge, but cannot be reserved. A few meters next to the house there are also free public parking spaces.

Other
Single prices are per apartment/night with the indicated minimum occupancy of 2/4/6/8 persons depending on the category. Less occupancy is possible on request. More occupancies are calculated by the additional bed price per pers./night. Package prices refer to their contents. Floor plans and sketches are samples, they may vary depending on the apartment, but do not reduce the price. Status November 2021. Misprints and errors excepted despite careful checking.
With this price list all previous ones lose their validity.

Cancellation

up to 3 months before arrival free
up to 1 month before the arrival day 40 % of the total arrangement price;
up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price;
in the last week before the arrival date 100 % of the total arrangement price.

CORONA
Should the following situations occur, you can of course cancel free of charge until the day of arrival:
- Travel warning for the whole of Austria or Salzburg with quarantine regulations
- Border closure
- Local "lock down" of the region
- when booking in connection with skiing and the operation of the Gastein mountain railroads must be stopped

Surcharges & extras
Tourism tax: per person and night € 3,00 (children up to 15 years are free)
